About the Role:
Join our compassionate team at ComForCare Home Health Care in Excelsior, MN, as a HHA/CNA/PCA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by providing exceptional in-home care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being.
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Help clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Personal Care Assistant.
- Experience in providing personal care services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to clients' needs.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs.
