About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients with dementia.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to stimulate cognitive function.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' conditions and report to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Adhere to care plans and follow established protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving, particularly with dementia patients, is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.
