About the Role:
Join ComForCare Home Health Care as a Recruiter in sunny San Diego, CA! In this exciting role, you'll play a vital part in connecting compassionate caregivers with families in need of support.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various caregiving positions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Utilize job boards and social media to attract top talent.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Participate in job fairs and community events to promote company culture and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong networking skills and a passion for helping others.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
