About the Role:
Join ComForCare Home Care of Paradise & North Las Vegas as we seek caring and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide compassionate, personalized care to our clients throughout the Las Vegas Valley. What we are looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Weekend shifts available
- Own vehicle and have insurance
- Ability to pass a state and federal criminal background check and a clear DMV driver’s record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- 2-step TB test in the last year
- Physical in the last year
- Occasionally required to lift up to 25-50 lbs
What you will be doing:
- Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities when needed.
- Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow client care plans.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
Salary Range:
- $12.00 - $18.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience
