About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Hilton Head is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Healthcare Aide to join our growing team in beautiful Hilton Head, SC. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients that may need help with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with errands as needed
- Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in accordance with care plans
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, caregiver, or in a related healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and supporting clients
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality client care

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
