ComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage is seeking a bilingual, dependable, and compassionate Caregiver, CNA, or HHA to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Bartlett, IL.
A Hindi-speaking bilingual caregiver is preferred for this opportunity. Strong communication and the ability to provide culturally sensitive, respectful care are important in creating a comfortable experience for the client and family.

POSITION DETAILS
- Location: Bartlett, IL
- Position: Bilingual CNA / Caregiver / HHA
- Language: Hindi-speaking / Bilingual preferred
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift: Daytime
- Hours: 7–8 hours per day
- Employment: Weekday Day Shift
- Experience: Professional caregiving experience preferred
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will provide compassionate, individualized assistance while helping the client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
- Supporting bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility and safe transfers
- Providing meal preparation and assistance
- Offering companionship and meaningful conversation
- Providing medication reminders according to the care plan
- Assisting with daily routines and activities
- Performing light housekeeping related to client care
- Following the client's individualized care plan
- Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
- Communicating with family members and the care team
- Maintaining the client's dignity, privacy, and comfort
BILINGUAL CAREGIVER PREFERRED
We are especially interested in candidates who can communicate comfortably in Hindi and English.
Bilingual communication can help support:
- Clear communication with the client and family
- Understanding daily preferences and routines
- Building trust and rapport
- Providing personalized and respectful care
- Communicating important care-related information
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We welcome applicants with experience as a:
- CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant
- Caregiver
- HHA – Home Health Aide
- Personal Care Assistant
- Private Duty Caregiver
- Home Care Aide
Ideal candidates are:
- Bilingual in Hindi and English preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Dependable and punctual
- Experienced in senior care, home care, or personal care
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs
- Able to work independently in a client's home
- Strong communicators
- Professional and attentive to client needs
- Able to follow care plans and communicate changes appropriately
