ComForCare Home Health Care - Clarksville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated One on One Caregiver to join our growing team in Clarksville, TN. In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care that makes a real difference in the daily lives of those who need it most. Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated one-on-one personal care and companionship to individual clients in their homes
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping
  • Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
  • Provide medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
  • Offer emotional support and meaningful companionship to promote client well-being
Requirements:
  • Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
  • Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-first attitude
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  • Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
