Looking for an administrative coordinator to join our home care family

Description: This position is part-time, 15-20 hours per week, once trained working hours from Noon-4:00pm M-F. Training hours would be from 3:00pm-7:00pm M-F. We do have some flexibility with the actual work schedule. Experience in the Home Care field is preferred. 

Our office is located in Mason, Ohio.

Our growing office is seeking a driven team player to assist our office with a variety of duties: scheduling, recruiting, and general office tasks.

Essential Functions:

  • Scheduling for after hours and weekends shifts
  • Handle emergency call-offs
  • Accomedate client/family requests
  • Have open shifts for the following day staffed by the end of the previous day
  • Brief caregivers on new cases
  • Update HM5 as needed
  • Answer phones with a positive attitude
  • Discern appropriate action following phone calls'
  • Assist director/recruiter as needed

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school graduate or G.E.D certificate - some college preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job
  • Must provide documentation to show legal right to work in the United States
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, and all supervisors
  • One year of experience in administrative capacities, specifically relevant to scheduling, costumer service, and recruiting
  • Experience in the home care field preferred
