- Shifts are available in and around the Avon, Simsbury, & Granby areas
- Weekend hourly will receive a shift differential
- Shifts shorter than 4 hours receive a shift differential

What you need:
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)
- Dementia/ Hospice including end of life experience a plus
- Minimum one year of documented experience required
- Proof of professional training ie, CNA, HHA, PCA certificate would be a plus.
- Pass a drug test and background check
What you will do:
- Personal care, bathing, incontinence care, dressing and other ADL's
- Positive personality with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Follow care plans
- Med reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal prep
- Possibly transport client and or do shopping

Compensación: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
