Looking for a Live-in Caregiver that can transport

The assignment will be either a four-day or three-day shift - splitting each week with another caregiver.
We are looking for caregivers with:
- Live-in experience
- Personal care experience (being certified as a CNA or HHA is a plus)
- Driver's license and insured vehicle to assist with appointments and shopping
- Positive personality with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Hospice Experience including End of Life beneficial
- Hourly pay with paid overtime (time and a half) after 40 compensable hours
- Likes pets

Requirements
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)
- Dementia/ Hospice including end of life experience a plus
- Minimum one year of documented experience required
- Proof of professional training ie, CNA, HHA, PCA certificate would be a plus.
- Pass a drug test and background check
Responsibilities
- Personal care, bathing, incontinence care, dressing and other ADL's
- Positive personality with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Follow care plans
- Med reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal prep
