Looking for caregivers to join our home care family. Make up to $15.00 per hour, Plus a Hire-On Bonus

You can start this week. We have lots of different open shifts. Weekday, Weekend, and overnights. Shifts range from 2 hours to 12 hours per day.

Shifts are available throughout South Denver Metro area ( South East Littleton, Highlands  Ranch, Lone Tree, Centennial, Parker and Castle Rock). We will consider your availability and preferred locations when setting up your schedule.

  • Pay starting at $13.00, plus monthly program $1.50 per hour*
  • Hire on Bonus $150 after the 1st 80 hours worked.

Job Summary:

The Personal Care Worker (PCW) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence. 

Essential Functions:

  • Personal Care
    • Provide assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, nail /skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair, walker, crutches, cane), change of position, with toileting, commode, incontinent care, meal planning, preparation, and assistance with feeding.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

  • TB tested and have the Flu Shot
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation, Valid Driver’s License, and auto insurance.
  • Clean background, criminal record, and DMV record
  • Pass a drug test
  • Smart phone – for clocking in & out. You won’t have to drive to the office every day.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Willingness to drive to outlying clients as needed
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. 
  • Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards clients 
  • Must demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
  • Desire to help improve the lives of our clients

Working/Physical Conditions:

  • Must be able to lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients 
  • Must be able to assist patients with baths, showers, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting 
  • Must be able to perform basic light housecleaning tasks
