Office Receptionist/Office Assistant

Our office is located in Jackson, WI and we are looking for an Office Receptionist/Office Assistant.  14--21 hours per week./2-3 days per week 9a-4p.  $16.00/hour.

Responsibilities:
     -  Answer phones
     -  Great office guests
     -  Perform various office/administrative tasks (filing, making copies, sorting, organizing, etc...)
     -  Learn Operating Platform (SwyftOps) for knowledge on Clients, Caregivers, Billing, Scheduling, etc...)
     -  Learn billing procedures to be able to do billing on your own in the future
     -  General office organization and clean-up
 
Must be:
     - Clean Energetic and friendly
     - Dependable
     - Prompt and timely
     - Organized and detailed
     - Anxious and willing to learn
     - MUST have computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

The hiring process will begin immediately, and timing is paramount.     NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!                              

 
Compensation: $11.00 an hour with PTO accrued vacation and 401K after 1 year
